Thank you for choosing our handmade BJD outfits and accessories. By placing an order and completing payment, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all terms stated below. Please read carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-quality issues, including personal preference, incorrect size judgment, dissatisfaction or unmet expectations.
For quality issues: Please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt, and provide photos or videos featuring the shipping label and complete product details. We will handle your after-sales request promptly.
Custom Orders: Once production starts after you confirm the design and measurements, full cancellation is not allowed. A $10 modification fee will be charged for each style or size adjustment during production. If the finished item fails to meet your requirements due to incorrect information you provided, all resulting losses shall be borne by you. The deposit is non-refundable if you unilaterally cancel the order after production commences.
If a return is required for after-sales service, items must be kept brand new and unused. All return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, and a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for every returned order.. 2. Shipping Schedule
In-stock items: Shipped within 7 business days after payment.
Pre-order items: The production lead time is 60 business days as marked on the product page. We will keep you informed in case of material shortages or production delays. The lead time is an estimate. Complaints of false shipment or refund requests due to waiting time will not be accepted without prior communication.

3. Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum of 5 pieces per order is required. Mixed styles are allowed. Orders that do not meet the quantity requirement will not be dispatched. You may add more items to meet the rule or apply for a full refund (only for unshipped orders). We ship orders as a whole and do not support split retail shipments.

4. Shipping Fee
Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on order value, weight and delivery destination. Free shipping is available for orders that meet promotional conditions. The estimated fee shown on the page is for reference only; the final amount shall prevail upon dispatch.

5. Parcel Refusal & Return
If you refuse delivery or return the parcel without valid reasons, all international shipping fees and customs charges shall be covered by you.
We reserve the right to restrict purchases from accounts with repeated unreasonable parcel refusal and groundless disputes, and will submit relevant evidence to protect our legitimate rights.

6. Import Taxes & Customs Disclaimer
Product prices do not include import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and inspection fees of the destination country. All related taxes and fees shall be paid entirely by the buyer.
If the parcel is returned or seized by customs because you refuse to pay taxes, no refund will be issued, and we will no longer accept your future orders.
If you request low-value declaration to evade taxes, you shall take full responsibility for any fines, parcel detention and other losses incurred.

7. Notes on Handmade Products
All items are handmade and manually sorted. A size deviation of 1–2 cm is normal and not regarded as a quality defect.
Slight color differences caused by lighting and display devices are unavoidable and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Feel free to contact us for real photos taken under natural light before ordering.

8. Logistics & Customs Liability
Delivery time is for reference only. We do not accept refund requests for delays caused by force majeure such as war, route suspension and natural disasters.
We are not liable for parcels detained, inspected or seized by customs. No refund or reshipment will be provided under such circumstances.
For lost or damaged parcels after delivery, you must provide official proof issued by the logistics provider. We will assist you to file a claim, but cannot offer a direct full refund.

9. Restrictions on Malicious Acts
We will restrict purchasing access for accounts that leave malicious negative reviews, fabricate quality issues to raise frequent disputes, repeatedly refuse parcels or abuse after-sales services. We also reserve the right to report such conduct to relevant platforms.

10. Refund Processing Time
All refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
PayPal refunds: Normally arrive within 3–5 business days.
Credit card refunds: Normally arrive within 5–10 business days.
The actual arrival time is subject to the settlement rules of payment service providers.
