Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Policy for In-Stock Standard Items
You have 14 calendar days from the date your parcel is delivered to submit a return request. Return shipping cost is borne solely by the buyer. All returned goods must be unused, with all original accessories intact. We do not charge any extra return handling fees.

2. Cancellation Rule for Unshipped Orders
All unshipped in-stock orders can be canceled freely within 24 hours after purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

3. Pre-Order Custom Handmade Goods (Ship in 45 Days)
All items from the "Pre-Order - Ships in 45 Days" collection are custom handmade accessories, doll costumes and DIY kits. After payment confirmation, these orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged for any reason.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If products arrive broken or defective, you must provide clear photos or videos as proof within 48 hours after delivery. We support free replacement or partial compensation for damaged goods.

5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect returned eligible items, we will complete your refund within 3–7 working days. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
